Service Description
This 3-hour hands-on workshop empowers teens to understand and regulate their emotions without resorting to self-destructive behaviors. Through anger mapping, emotional release painting, and movement, participants will learn how to recognize triggers, practice mindfulness, and develop healthy coping strategies that are cultivated from within themselves. By the end of this session, youth will have practical tools to navigate emotional challenges, express feelings in constructive ways, and build self-awareness—essential for long-term emotional and behavioral growth. Key Focus Areas: Anger Mapping & Emotional Awareness – Identifying triggers and understanding emotional patterns Emotional Release Painting – Channeling intense emotions into creative expression Mindfulness & Self-Soothing Strategies – Practical techniques for emotional regulation Movement Therapy – Using physical activity to process and manage feelings
