01.
You've tried therapy. You understand your patterns. You understand your story and still feel unsettled. You function and are even successful but still feel disconnected and anxious. You have learned to navigate high-conflict, chronic anxiety, and misaligned dynamics by accusing, assuming, blaming, and control. You often say, "Everything stays calm as long as I stay busy," or things like, "I should be past this by now."
02.
You are a couple, an individual or a family who is tired of understanding the problem, and still living inside it. Every time you are back in familiar environments and situations, your nervous system drags you into patterns and you often say, "I should know better, but I can't seem to control it," or things like, "I know I am capable, but I don't seem to trust myself yet."
03.
You are someone who feels stuck in a cycle of:
-
over-analyzing instead of feeling
-
conflict over connection
-
control instead of regulation
-
judgment instead of repair
-
your body returns to the same places -- especially in relationships, stress, or family systems.
-
you often say, "I am fine, except when I am with them," or things like, "It's better when I stay small, then I am conflict free!"
You Don't Need More Insight, You Need A Different Way of Healing
Who I Work With

Individuals
High-functioning, emotionally intelligent adults who:
-
have done therapy or personal development
-
understand their patterns but still feel unsettled
-
experience burnout, anxiety, or emotional fatigue
-
want peace that lasts beyond productivity or performance
This work supports you in integrating your nervous system, identity, and relationships—so healing shows up in real life, not just insight.

Couples
Couples who:
-
feel stuck in recurring conflict or disconnection
-
understand each other intellectually but can’t stay regulated together
-
cycle through blame, withdrawal, or escalation
-
want relational safety—not just better communication
Integration work helps couples slow the system down, regulate together, and create space for repair without forcing resolution.

Families
Families & Parents of Troubled Youth navigating:
-
chronic anxiety or misaligned family roles
-
power struggles, emotional volatility, or shutdown
-
youth behavioral challenges or justice-system involvement
-
alternatives to detention, punishment, or control-based models
This work is especially supportive for parents and caregivers who want to move beyond fear, reactivity, and over-management—and toward regulation, structure, and connection that actually works.
Healing doesn’t happen by fixing one person. It happens when the system learns how to regulate together.
At Healing Hearts Haven, we believe that true healing starts within. However, our society often asks people to change—whether through therapy, the legal system, or healthcare—only to send them right back into the environments that shaped them with no skills to function within the dysfunction. But what if we approached healing differently? We help people uncover who they are beneath their environmental conditioning through the language of their inner selves. Our programs awaken the part of you that already knows how to heal, grow, and thrive—no diagnosis, no therapy—just pure, expressive discovery toward your own inner light and agency.

Healing Hearts Haven is not about more analysis or managing symptoms. It’s a sanctuary for integration—where healing happens by staying present through discomfort, regulating the nervous system in real time, and learning how to come home to yourself without reliving the past through years of talk therapy or performing wellness while you continue to function through stress, anxiety, and feeling "stuck."
WELCOME
OUR FOUNDER
Ashley Morken is the founder of Healing Hearts Haven, a holistic space for creative transformation that bridges systems thinking, artistry, and life coaching. Drawing on her years in criminal and family law, Ashley witnessed firsthand how institutional systems often miss the deeper emotional and relational roots of human struggle. She realized that change doesn’t happen through punishment or compliance—it happens when people are given tools to understand themselves and their environments, and are empowered to grow through them.

Recognizing this need, Ashley envisioned a model that redefines healing and personal development through creativity, self-expression, and systemic awareness. At Healing Hearts Haven, she offers integration coaching, immersive retreats, interactive workshops, and speaking engagements designed to help individuals and communities reconnect with authenticity and purpose and to learn to stay through the discomfort of their dysregulation.

For youth, families, couples, and individuals seeking direction, Healing Hearts Haven provides something different—a place to be seen, understood, and guided toward self-trust through creative exploration and emotional insight. Whether through art, reflection, or guided experiences, our mission is to help people uncover what’s buried beneath conditioning and step into empowered, generational change by integrating their emotions and desires not just talking about them.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
At Healing Hearts Haven, we believe transformation begins when creativity meets awareness. While many systems focus on fixing individuals, our coaching model focuses on freeing them — guiding people to reconnect with the wisdom, voice, and creativity that already live within.
Most people come to this work already knowing what the problem is.
What they don’t know is why insight hasn’t been enough.
Healing Hearts Haven is not about:
-
diagnosing
-
psychoanalyzing
-
assigning blame
-
forcing change
It’s about learning how to stay present through dysregulation, soften survival responses, and integrate healing at the nervous-system and relational level.
Our coaching, retreats, workshops, and self-led courses are designed for those ready to move beyond analysis and into authentic action. We serve the self-led healer — individuals who are no longer content to survive inside the systems that shaped them, but who want to design a life that feels aligned, expressive, and wholly regulated.

When regulation changes, everything else follows:
-
behavior
-
communication
-
boundaries
-
trust
-
choice

Unlike traditional models that focus solely on the individual, we view growth systemically — exploring the web of relationships, environments, and generational stories that influence how we see ourselves. Through creative expression, intuitive reflection, and somatic awareness, we help clients move through limiting patterns not by diagnosing or labeling them, but by creating new, empowering narratives through art, language, and lived experience.

This approach is especially powerful for:
-
people who’ve tried “everything”
-
systems stuck in conflict or fear
-
families seeking alternatives to punitive models
-
adults who are tired of managing themselves

Our mission is to equip individuals and families with tools for self-trust, emotional agility, and creative resilience — skills that support life within real-world dysfunction, not just outside of it. We don’t teach people to escape their environments; we help them learn how to thrive within them while reclaiming their agency and inner light.

You don’t need to work harder.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You need integration.
At Healing Hearts Haven, we don’t believe healing belongs only to the clinical world. We believe it belongs to everyone — and that creativity is one of the most powerful languages of the soul.

WE DO THIS THROUGH

Personalized Integrated
1:1 Coaching
Integrated Personalized Coaching is for people who don’t need more insight—but need support turning insight into lived change. This work is designed for individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck between understanding the problem and actually experiencing peace, regulation, and connection in real life.
Rather than focusing on fixing, diagnosing, or endlessly analyzing, this approach centers on integration—helping the nervous system, identity, and relationships come back into alignment and pushing past discomfort.

Specialty Workshops &
Immersion Retreats
Some healing can happen quietly and privately in our own time. Some healing can happen with assistance and witnessing over a longer period of consistency. And, some healing needs space. Workshops and immersive retreats are designed for moments when insight is present—but integration feels hard to access in everyday life. When the nervous system needs more than short pauses between responsibilities.
When being held in a regulated environment allows something deeper to settle. These experiences are not about breaking things open. They are about staying long enough for change to land.

Self-Guided Integration Experiences
Not everyone needs—or wants—ongoing one-to-one coaching.
Some people need space.
Some people need time.
Some need privacy, structure, and the freedom to integrate quietly.
Self-Guided Integration Experiences are designed for those moments.
These offerings allow you to begin (or continue) your healing journey in a way that honors your autonomy—while still grounding the work in nervous-system safety, embodiment, and real integration.

On-Site Trainings &
Speaking Engagements
Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens in schools. In courtrooms. In families and communities. In the everyday systems that shape young people’s lives.
Onsite trainings and speaking engagements bring the principles of integration, nervous-system regulation, and relational safety into spaces where youth, families, and professionals are often navigating high stress, fear, and reactive systems.
This work offers an alternative to shame, punishment, and control—without minimizing accountability or responsibility. These sessions are designed to help audiences create conditions where change is possible.

Ways We Help

Transformation
Through individual coaching, we create personalized, one-on-one sessions that help people reconnect with their inner selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and nurture self-compassion. Our systemic workshops and speaking engagements offer deeper insights into generational healing, relationship dynamics, and self-awareness, equipping participants with practical tools to cultivate healthier connections. For those seeking a more immersive experience, our retreats provide sacred spaces for reflection, renewal, and profound emotional growth. And for those who prefer a self-paced journey, our self-led courses empower individuals to explore healing at their own rhythm, with guidance rooted in mindfulness, creativity, and emotional integration.
Collaboration
Beyond working with individuals, we are committed to engaging with the broader community to create ripples of healing and transformation. Through outreach programs, collaboration with local organizations, and community-driven initiatives, we bring emotional wellness practices into everyday spaces, making healing accessible to all. Whether it's through art therapy workshops, trauma-informed discussions, or family healing circles, we cultivate a sense of belonging where every voice is heard, every story is honored, and every heart is seen. By fostering open dialogue and offering supportive spaces, we help individuals and families recognize that they are not alone in their struggles, and that healing is possible within the embrace of a caring community.
Creation
At the heart of Healing Hearts Haven is the unwavering belief that love and understanding have the power to transform lives. Our work extends beyond individual healing to inspire collective change, breaking cycles of pain and replacing them with cycles of growth, empowerment, and deep connection. By equipping people with the tools to heal, we create a world where emotional resilience flourishes, relationships are strengthened, and the past no longer defines the future. Through our services, we don’t just help people heal—we help them thrive, embrace their wholeness, and spread that love outward, so that healing becomes a shared experience that touches generations to come.
Healing Hearts Foundation
