“I Am More”: Self-Worth & Identity WS

Service Description

Many of our youth and at-risk populations struggle with negative self-perception. In this workshop, participants use affirmation-based painting, storytelling, and guided visualization to reshape their self-identity beyond past mistakes. They will express their trauma, negative self perception and self talk, past experiences that create fear, and transmute that pain and sadness into a positive affirmation and identity experience. They create a personalized “I AM” canvas to take home as a daily reminder of their worth.
