This 2-day immersive retreat is designed to help teens and young adults break free from labels, rediscover their self-worth, and build resilience. Through expressive writing, painting, and movement-based exercises, participants explore their core wounds, strengths, and personal power. The retreat culminates in a powerful vision board session, allowing youth to visualize their future beyond their current circumstances—fostering hope, motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose.
