"See Me, Hear Me"

Service Description

This 3-hour experiential workshop provides parents and teens with a creative, structured space to express emotions, frustrations, and needs without fear of judgment. Using visual storytelling, mask-making, and poetry, families learn to listen, validate, and connect in a deeper way. The session fosters mutual understanding and offers parents insight into their teen’s world—beyond words and into emotions. After insights, families are invited to share their creative experience and take their insights beyond the workshop to connect deeper in their own relationships.
