This work is designed for individuals, couples, families, and justice-impacted youth and families who feel stuck between understanding the problem and actually experiencing peace, regulation and connection in real life.
Rather than focusing on fixing, diagnosing, learning, education, and endlessly analyzing, this approach centered on integration: the act of helping the nervous system, identity, and relationships come back into alignment.

What "Integrated" means in the Healing Hearts Haven sphere is that we work with the whole system--not just thoughts or behavior. We do not just teach what is wrong; we teach how to live the solution.
