Step Two
Creative Consultation
Once your application has been reviewed, Ashley will personally schedule a 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss your vision, answer questions, and begin imagining the final piece together.
Following the consultation, you'll receive a customized quote based on:

Step Three
Concept Design
Before painting begins, Ashley creates a preliminary concept sketch to ensure both parties share the same creative vision. Only after your approval does the final artwork begin.
Step Four
Bringing Your Story to Life
Over the following weeks, your painting comes to life through carefully layered brushwork, thoughtful composition, and professional craftsmanship. Every commission receives Ashley's full creative attention from beginning to end.
Step Five
The Unveiling
One of Ashley's favorite moments. Once completed, you'll be invited to view your finished painting before final delivery.
After final payment, your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped—or prepared for local pickup.
