  • Third Party Printer Shipping and Return Policy

    1. Order & Fulfillment Process

    All Healing Hearts Haven fine art prints are custom-made and printed on demand through our professional print partner, WhiteWall, an award-winning photo lab and distributor.
    When you place an order through our website, Healing Hearts Haven transmits your order to WhiteWall for high-quality production and direct shipment to you.

    Because each piece is made to order, please allow adequate time for printing, quality inspection, and shipping. Estimated timeframes will appear at checkout but may vary based on WhiteWall’s production and global logistics schedule.

    2. Shipping & Delivery

    • Production Time: Typically 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Shipping Time: Usually 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method used by WhiteWall.

    • Carriers: WhiteWall selects the most reliable carrier for your region (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout; Healing Hearts Haven cannot reroute packages once production and shipment begin.

    3. Pricing & Taxes

    Prices listed on Healing Hearts Haven’s website include our profit margin, packaging, and processing fees, in addition to WhiteWall’s printing and shipping costs.
    Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your location.

    4. Damaged or Defective Items

    We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
    If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

    • Do not accept delivery if the package shows visible damage.

      • Refuse the shipment and request that it be returned to sender (WhiteWall).

      • WhiteWall will automatically process a replacement at no cost.

    • If you already accepted the package but discover damage upon opening:

      • Contact Healing Hearts Haven within 7 business days of delivery at ashley@healing-hearts-haven.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

      • We will coordinate directly with WhiteWall to resolve the issue.

    If WhiteWall declines replacement for any reason, Healing Hearts Haven guarantees a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

    5. Refunds & Replacements

    • Replacement Guarantee: We will provide a free replacement for any damaged or defective print, even if the printing service declines responsibility.

    • Full Refund Option: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method once the issue is verified.

    • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

    6. Returns for Non-Damaged Items

    Because all art prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference once production begins.
    Please double-check your order details carefully before checkout.

    7. International Orders

    International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
