Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, unless there has been an emergency, or you will not be eligible for a full refund of services booked. Any scheduled sessions that occur within 24 hours within the scheduled service time cannot be guaranteed, please do not assume I received notice of the booking unless you receive emailed verification from me that I noticed your booking same day. I often look at my schedule at the beginning and end of day for the following day. Any bookings received same day or within one day previous to the scheduled time may be missed due to my varying obligations, I will not be available if my calendar shows no bookings for that day.
