Shipping & Returns Policy
All shipping occurs with our Print-On-Demand service, Printful, that supplies our custom inventory for Healing Hearts Haven. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks within the United States; however this is an estimate, and not a guarantee. Depending on item purchased and quantity, shipping can range anywhere from $2-10 on top of purchase price.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the supplier, Printful. Most items are applicable for a full refund if sent to the correct Printful return address on time.
