Retreats & Workshops

Some Healing Can Happen Quietly and Privately.  Some Healing Needs Space.

Workshops and Immersive Retreats are designed of moments when insight is present; but integration feels hard to access in everyday life.  When the nervous system needs more than short pauses in between responsibilities.  When being held in a regulated environment allows something deeper to settle inside.

These experiences are not about breaking things open.
They are about staying long enough for change to land.

AND JOURNEY INTO A SPACE WITH TIME & WITNESSING THAT OFFERS INTENSIVE AND IMMERSIVE WORK ALLOWING SOMETHING DEEPER TO SETTLE INSIDE

Welcome to
Systemic Integration, The

Workshops, retreats, and intensives;
YOUR focused, skill-based, and grounded space

to begin:

INTEGRATION

What "Integrated" means in the Healing Hearts Haven sphere is that we work with the whole system--not just thoughts or behavior.  We do not just teach what is wrong; we teach how to live the solution. Within workshops and retreats, give space in intensive, structured, short-term immersion experiences that are especially helpful for:

  • high-functioning adults in burnout or transition

  • busy individuals and families who want support and are short on time for committing to long-term change

  • couples stuck in recurring conflict or distance despite working at it long-term

  • families navigating chronic stress or misalignment and need hands-on intervention in real time

  • those who feel ready for depth but not long-term coaching

If you've ever thought, "I know what's happening, but I can't seem to settle it," this work was created with you in mind!

What Makes This Experience Different?

Workshops and retreats place people inside the experience of regulation, discomfort, and connection—not just talking about it.

Instead of discussing patterns after they happen, participants:

  • notice activation as it arises

  • practice staying present in the moment

  • learn how regulation feels in their body

  • build capacity while supported

This accelerates integration because the nervous system learns through experience, not explanation.

Daily life keeps nervous systems on high alert.

Workshops and retreats remove many of the pressures that keep people reactive:

  • no constant decision-making

  • no immediate roles to perform

  • no ongoing conflict loops

This creates space for the nervous system to settle, making deeper learning and repair possible.

Who These Experiences
Support:

Specialty Workshops

Workshops and retreats give individuals, couples, and families space in an intensive, structured, short-term immersion experience around specific themes such as:

  • nervous system regulation (how your body responds under stress)

  • emotional integration (feeling without flooding or shutting down)

  • identity repair (who you've had to be versus who you actually are)

  • relational safety (how connection is maintained without control or collapse)

  • creative expression (shifting from mind to body for a shift in feeling from a state of being)

  • conflict transition navigation (how to stay with yourself despite other's daysregulation)

These experiences are ideal if you want:

  • practical tools you can use immediately

  • clarity without the long-term commitment or self-led guidance

  • shared learning without the pressure to disclose

  • support that feels contained and respectful

  • play-based atmosphere that keeps things light and reflective

Workshops meet you where you are without asking you to go further than you're ready.

Immersive Retreats

Retreats are designed for individuals, couples, or families who need:

  • space away from daily demands

  • time for regulation to stabilize

  • relational safety without urgency

  • embodied practices that don’t fit into short sessions

Retreat work may include:

  • nervous-system–centered practices

  • creative and somatic integration

  • guided reflection and rest

  • relational witnessing without analysis

There is no forced sharing.
No emotional performance.
No expectation to “arrive” somewhere by the end.

The goal is not transformation through intensity—but integration through presence.

These Workshops and Retreats Are Different Because:

Learning Is Embodied, Not Intellectual; Unlike traditional programs that rely on discussion or information, workshops and retreats use:

  • somatic practices

  • guided experiential exercises

  • creative expression

  • reflective integration

Participants don’t just understand new concepts—they feel them.

You Practice Regulation With Others; Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Workshops and retreats offer the chance to:

  • regulate in the presence of others

  • experience connection without pressure

  • notice relational patterns safely

  • practice repair without stakes

This builds confidence that integration can happen in real relationships—not just alone.

The Container Is Intentional and Focused; Unlike ongoing sessions that unfold gradually, workshops and retreats:

  • have a clear beginning and end

  • create momentum and clarity

  • allow for concentrated skill-building

  • help participants move through resistance more quickly

This focus often leads to insights and shifts that might take months to reach otherwise.

Integration Continues After You Leave; Workshops and retreats don’t end when the event ends. Participants leave with:

  • embodied experiences to reference

  • practical tools they’ve already practiced

  • increased confidence in staying regulated

  • a felt sense of what’s possible

The nervous system remembers what it learned.

They’re Ideal for People Who Are “Done Talking;" Many participants come to workshops and retreats because:

  • they understand their patterns

  • they’ve done therapy or coaching

  • they don’t want ongoing weekly sessions

  • they’re ready to practice integration, not analyze it

Workshops and retreats meet people at that stage.

Workshops and retreats are different because they:

  • slow the nervous system enough for learning to land

  • offer real-time practice, not just reflection

  • build capacity through experience

  • support change that sticks

They are not a replacement for therapy or coaching. They are a different doorway into integration—often a powerful one.

  • it is not crisis intervention

  • it is not prescriptive or about diagnosis

A FINAL THOUGHT

01

Some people start with self-guided work.

02

03

Some arrive at retreats after years of trying to do it alone.

Some start with a workshop or coaching intensive.

There is no right order.

Immersive experiences are not a requirement.
They are an invitation—available when your system is ready.

If you’re not ready to choose—or want help clarifying what fits—

you’re always welcome to begin with conversation.

The Free Healing Hearts Alignment Strategy Session

offers clarity without commitment and helps you understand

what kind of support will actually serve you right now.

Healing doesn’t require urgency. It requires honesty, safety, and space.

HEALING DOESN'T ALWAYS NEED MORE EFFORT, SOMETIMES IT NEEDS MORE SPACE.
