Root and Rise Retreat 2026 August 14–16, 2026 | Healing Hearts Haven Step into the next phase of your journey. The Root & Rise Retreat is designed as the next step after release—helping you move beyond regulation and into purpose, clarity, and alignment. This immersive countryside experience is focused on activating your energy, deepening self-awareness, and rising into who you are becoming. Cancellation Policy
Payment Options & Policy Root & Release Retreat | May 29–31, 2026 To provide flexibility while maintaining the integrity of this retreat experience, the following payment options and policies apply. Weekly Payment Plan (Early Commitment Option) A weekly payment plan of $100 per week (due each Friday) is available for participants who enroll on or before April 30, 2026. Weekly payments begin upon registration Payments must be made each Friday Participants may continue weekly payments beyond the retreat date if needed This option is designed to support early commitment while allowing financial flexibility. Early Bird Pricing Early bird pricing is available March 20 – March 31, 2026 only. This 20% off discounted rate is strictly limited to this window. Weekly payments will be $80/week for the duration of the payment plan when purchased in this window. After March 31, full pricing applies to all registrations. All payment plan terms remain in effect. Standard Payment Option (After April 30) For registrations made after April 30, 2026: A $600 deposit is required to secure your spot The remaining balance is due on May 30, 2026 (during the retreat weekend) Non-Refundable Investment Once a total of $600 has been paid toward the retreat, that amount becomes non-refundable, except in the case of a verified emergency. This policy is in place due to: • advance food and supply purchases • preparation of retreat materials and gifts • lodging and space accommodations • overall planning and staffing commitments Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund of payments made (up to $600 maximum refundable threshold): Written cancellation must be received on or before April 30, 2026 After April 30: Payments totaling $600 or more are non-refundable Any additional payments may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed This policy allows adequate time to offer your reserved space to another participant. Missed Payment Policy All payment plans require consistent, on-time payments. If a scheduled payment is missed: The remaining balance becomes immediately due in full, or Your reservation will be forfeited, and your spot will no longer be held Due to limited capacity, missed payments may result in your space being offered to another participant. Commitment to the Experience By enrolling and selecting a payment option, you are committing to the full retreat experience and agree to complete all payments under the selected plan.
